I'm Sophia: a product designer and frontend developer with a background in electrical & biomedical engineering. I've worked across different roles in tech for 9 years, primarily for purpose-led organisations. Now I lead the design of software to help traffic engineers manage traffic controllers on the road.

Over the past several years, I've led design efforts on tools for highly specialised users, where success depends on more than just clean interfaces. I focus on the full system: the interaction patterns, information architecture, and workflows that underpin real-world effectiveness.
